Refunds: We do not offer refunds at this time. Each product is crafted with care, made from scratch when your order is placed. This ensures that you receive the freshest, most effective products for your baby's delicate curls.

Order Accuracy: In our commitment to excellence, we carefully pull ingredients upon receiving your order to ensure accurate inventory. However, if you happen to receive an incorrect product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer service team at hello@ooume.com, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Incorrect Product Received: If you receive a product that does not match your order, kindly email us a picture of the item sent in error to hello@ooume.com. Our team will promptly review the issue, and if confirmed, we will gladly send out the correct product at no additional cost.

Damaged or Missing Items: Upon receiving your order, if it is damaged or something is missing, you have 7 business days to report it to our customer service team at hello@ooume.com. This allows us to promptly address the issue and provide the necessary assistance.

Limitation of Liability:

Ooume shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, interpretation or misinterpretation of product benefits, or the performance of the products, even if Ooume has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Delivery Liability: Ooume is not held liable for shipments that are scanned and marked as delivered by USPS but are not received, shipments that arrive later than expected, or shipments marked as undeliverable.

Tracking Assistance: In the rare event that you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, including discrepancies in tracking information, please reach out to USPS directly. You can contact USPS with your tracking number for assistance and resolution.

Undelivered or Late Shipments: If your order is marked undeliverable or arrives later than anticipated, we recommend contacting USPS promptly to address the situation. Ooume is not responsible for delays, undeliverable shipments, or any issues that arise after the package has been transferred to USPS.
